A figure on feet can move twice without taking fatigue (it takes one figure point if he does three moves). A mounted figure has a free move, does it count ? An other exemple, when activated with a spade, a mounted figure gain a free move, does it count ? Have the mounted figures the same limitation of two moves before taking fatigues, or are these free moves don't count in the limitation. In the other case, a mounted figure won't move faster than a man on feet ?
Mike Tuñez we could do with something getting pinned to the thread as this seems to be a fairly common question.
The free move for being Cavalry and the free move for quick(activating on a spade) do not count towards the limit. If you then moved three times with activations in a turn then yes, you’d gain the fatigue.
I hope that helps.

Quick bonus tip: Order the Cavalry to move with a command point before activating them. Then activate them with a spade. The Cavalry move and Quick both kick in. Then if they are vets you’ll get to two actions. That’s a total of 20 inches you could charge across!
